COUNTRIES AND TIME OF DELIVERY

Products purchased on the www.lanificiocolombo.com website normally are shipped within 7 days from the order date and total delivery time can take from 7 to 10 days in Europe and from 10 to 14 days for other countries, in any case products will be delivered within 30 days.

Given the regulations applied by national authorities to try to contain the spread of Covid-19, delivery times could be delayed.

Deliveries may incur slight delays during holiday periods and couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 or on weekends.

An extra working day, compared to the above terms, is required for orders paid for by credit card to allow for standard administration procedures.

For orders paid for by bank transfer, delivery times will be calculated upon receiving payment confirmation.
