HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 14 days of the date when the order is received.

1. To start the return process please fill out the form above with your order number and email. At the next step you will be able to choose the products you want to return.

2. After you submit your request you will receive an email confirming the exercise of the right of withdrawal, containing instructions to proceed with the return of the product, to be sent within and no later than the following 30 days to Lanificio Colombo.

Before confirming the withdrawal request, the cost to return the goods will be specified.

3. Put the products in the original packaging: the products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, which means in perfect shape, complete with all their unused components, with all original packaging and any provided instructions, with labels and tags still attached to the products. The items will be looked over and checked to see that everything has been returned intact.

4. Print the return label with the name of the courier that you will receive via email and apply it outside of the box.

6.  Please keep the shipment receipt.

Consumers who decide to use the shipping agent chosen by Lanificio Colombo for the shipment of the purchased products will not have to pay the costs of the return directly. If instead you decide to use a different shipping agent, the payment of the costs of the return will be charged to the Consumer.

REFUNDS

If all required conditions are met, Lanificio Colombo shall refund the price of the purchased products fully, remaining charged to the Consumer only the expenses for the return to the Seller of the purchased products, unless the Seller has expressly exempted the Consumer from such expenses, at the time of purchase and on the further condition that the same makes use of the shipping agent indicated in the instructions to proceed with the return. 

 In case of withdrawal the payments made will be refunded, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the possible choice of a delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 30 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Said refunds shall be made using the same payment method selected by the Consumer for the initial transaction, unless the Consumer requests a refund via a different payment method, in which case any additional costs arising from the different payment method, shall be borne by the Consumer. 

if returned goods are found to be damaged, (for instance, showing signs of wear, abrasion, nicks, scratches, deformation, etc.), not complete with all parts and accessories, (including unaltered labels and tags still attached to the product), unaccompanied by the instructions / notes / manuals supplied, the original packaging and packing, and warranty certificate, if any, the Consumer shall be liable for the decreased value of the good, and will be entitled to a refund of the amount, equal to the residual value of the Product. 

The Consumer will be contacted if their return cannot be accepted because they do not comply with the above-mentioned conditions.
